Refund policy

At Mister Achievement, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Your right of withdrawal As a consumer in the EU/Belgium, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. However, because our products are custom-made to your specifications, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this exemption.

Defective or damaged items We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your contact email]. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Wrong address If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost or stolen packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation with our fulfillment partner.
